Master: King size bed,5-piece en suite including corner spa. Large walk-in dressing room.
Bed 2: Queen bed, window seat and built-in wardrobe.
Bed 3: Queen bed with a built in wardrobe and a window seat.
Bed 4: Bunk beds, single and trundle. All bedrooms light and airy
Bathrooms
A big en-suite to the master bedroom and a shower room, bidet, toilet, basin and large corner spa bath.
All bathrooms are fully tiled with underfloor heating. A spacious main bathroom: wet room shower, bidet, wc and basin.

Open plan kitchen fully-equipped with Gas hob and double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, pantry and storage units.
Laundry Room
An automatic washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a large sink and storage unit all with easy access to rear decks

Dining area is large and open-plan with the living room and kitchen combined area, there is seating for 8 people and it overlooks the Peninsula and Auckland.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service available with towels and linen included. Optional weekly cleaning and change of linen upon request, please note beach towels are not included.
The villa has a car parking facility that suits a few vehicles, it has the space for cars to turn around. All the windows have been fitted with French style doors, and the windows are double glazed. Seating and shades are available for the deck areas allowing sunshine and relaxation.
